Before HBS, Kirstin served in the Navy as a Nuclear Submarine Officer. She is excited to pursue her passion for energy and the environment and spent the summer as a commercial intern at VEIR, a climate-tech startup developing superconducting transmission lines. Before HBS, Mani worked on strategy and business development at Anglo American, focusing on battery materials and hydrogen. Over the summer, he interned with Breakthrough Energy Ventures' investment team. This year, he's excited to help students transition into the energy and environment sector and connect companies with talented students. Reach out if you want to get involved or learn more!

Before HBS, Shashwat was an early-stage climate-tech investor at B Capital, where he focused on startups driving India’s decarbonization. During his time at HBS, he interned with Schneider Electric Ventures in San Francisco, investing in companies advancing the energy transition. Shashwat is passionate about building a strong climate-tech community at HBS and looks forward to forging meaningful connections across Harvard and the broader Boston ecosystem.

Before coming to HBS, Josh worked as an oil and gas engineer at Petro-Hunt, a private energy company based in Dallas, TX. He spent the summer working at BCG in their energy practice and he aims to pursue energy and infrastructure finance after graduation. He's looking forward to fostering connections among club membership and is excited to connect with those interested in discussing the role of traditional energy in meeting the worlds future energy needs!
