Ian Naccarella, Co-President

Ian Naccarella, Co-President

Before coming to HBS, Ian worked at BCG in the Climate & Sustainability Practice Area and at Sila Nano. He spent the summer as an Entrepreneurial Venture Fellow with The Engine and aims to pursue entrepreneurship in the "tough tech" ClimateTech space after graduation. He's excited to talk about novel technologies and how the HBS E&E club can expand outside of the Harvard bubble!

Lia Turrini, Co-President

Lia Turrini, Co-President

Geoscientist by background, Lia has 8 years of experience in the Energy industry. Before HBS, she led opportunity evaluations to identify disruptive technologies and new sustainable business models for Shell in the energy transition. After a summer working at Clean Energy Ventures, Lia is looking forward to delving deeper into the Climate Technology ecosystem in Boston and beyond. Her mission as E&E co-president is to build a thriving, united and motivated climate community at HBS. Reach out if you want to talk about the club, or if have ideas and want to get involved!

John Braham, CFO

John Braham, CFO

Prior to HBS, John worked as an aerospace engineer spending two years at Virgin Galactic developing their next generation spaceship and three years at Northrop Grumman designing and selling satellites to the government. John spent his summer internship at L.E.K. Consulting and plans to specialize in their sustainability practice. He is particularly interested in climate finance, energy transition, and decarbonizing heavy polluting industries. As CFO, John is excited to support various stakeholders to finance the E&E club’s flagship conference, treks, education events, and networking opportunities. 

Luca Mantovani, VP of Education

Luca Mantovani, VP of Education

Prior to HBS, Luca worked for the Audi Group in Germany, where he contributed to the development of driving assistance systems for the company’s new electric vehicle fleet. With a deep passion for climate tech, he spent this past summer as an intern at Antora Energy, a cutting-edge startup focused on decarbonizing heavy industries through innovative thermal energy storage solutions. Luca’s goal is to educate and inspire the HBS community about the transformative opportunities in energy and climate tech. Feel free to reach out to connect on energy solutions and decarbonization!

Tom Walkinshaw, VP of Education

Tom Walkinshaw, VP of Education

Tom has spent his entire career working in energy and sustainability areas across solar, green hydrogen, energy storage, wind, nuclear, electric vehicles, sustainable manufacturing, and more. Immediately prior to HBS he held multiple technical and managerial roles at Invenergy, the largest privately held developer of clean energy projects in North America. He more recently spent the summer as a Venture Fellow at Gigascale Capital supporting the firm’s sourcing and diligence of early-stage climate-tech startups. Now this school year he is excited to co-lead education-related initiatives for the club members including career treks, company events, club newsletters, and more – please reach out if you would like to connect and learn more!
